Another "Reality" Post
I think this is like my fourth installment in the "What is Reality?" series.
I was sitting with a couple of guys talking about this phenomenon of having dreams where you're sure you're in reality; only to wake up and be back in "reality"; only to wake up again and be back in "reality"; and so on.
I made the point to them that, really, there's no way to objectively know whether we're in reality or a dream. It's all subjective.
When I said that, though, I knew that I was in reality. I was just speaking hypothetically. I mean, it felt like reality, and I just knew that it was reality and not a dream. There was no question about that.
Only thing is, then I woke up. Turns out it was a dream, after all.
I guess I proved the point I made in the dream by waking up from the dream. Weird.
